We have:
Fantastic opportunity for a Payroll Administrator! Our client is hiring an experienced Payroll Admin to provide complete full-cycle payroll administration for employees in both BC and AB.
Responsibilities:
-
Provide outstanding customer service to employees in person, phone and via email
-
Work with colleagues to complete full cycle payroll for BC and AB employees
-
Support and assist employees with payroll related questions and requests
-
Consult with managers regarding payroll concerns, research and process adjustments as required
-
Run bi-weekly audit and final payroll audit and research/key any required changes as advised by Facility Leaders
-
Demonstrate respect to all employees by working with them in a calm, courteous manner
-
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
-
Completed Payroll Certificate Program
-
Minimum of 2 years payroll experience in a unionized environment
-
Experience with ADP Workforce Payroll system
-
Excellent accuracy, time management, problem solving and organizational skills
-
Current knowledge of British Columbia and Alberta Employment Standards preferred
-
Excellent computer skills and prior experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-
Effective and empathetic verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and to work effectively as a member of a team
